Tried to downgrade but rep said there was no Chase Freedom Visa with Ultimate Rewards

I've had the CSR for 6 years and my yearly fee was early November so I wanted to downgrade and resub to get the points before I start spending on travel and gifts for the holidays and next year. I called and asked to be downgraded to the Chase Freedom Visa with Ultimate Rewards as mentioned on this subreddit but The person looked and said that wasn't an option and the only options were the Chase Freedom Flex, Unlimited, or Slat. Was the rep wrong or did they change it so you can't downgrade to that card anymore?
