Help w Law and Accounts

Im a foundation student.I used to think law was going to be my highest scoring subject but I've messed it up big time, it was my lowest score. I need some guidance on how to study and prepare for law and accounts, which books to study from, what resources I could use, and how exactly to practice these 2 subjects. I was able to manage the others but I need help with these 2 subjects. Thank you.
