Reality behind big firm in Connaught Place

I won't mention the name of the specific firm. But they have continuously treating their articles as some labour class people. Besides minimal pay, they constantly try to seek opportunities to deduct the salary & even worse attendance. For eg. Eating a biscuit outside lunch break, away from desk for long, being 3 sec late, talking to each other for a minute, opening your CA book, and many more... Will cost you ₹200 per "mistake". And things like not attending their function, not being part of their outside "so called Fun" Visit will cost you ₹5000. They won't provide you attedance for overtime hours & sundays. They call most of the months as peak season & hence increase log out time to 8pm instead of 6, without paying for increased hours in terms of money & attendance. The experienced CAs there take leaves & then compensate for them by coming on Sundays & then calling the articles on those days. Sometime they count two attendance for some leaves taken by articles. In order to give mental torture, they tend to pass threat that they won't sign for them for CA finals. By doing all this "chindi giri", they collect extra days to serve for students after there usual duration of articleship Or else pay the equivalent amount. I don't know, how no one has ever complained for this firm. What they have been doing is clear violation of ICAI set guidelines & continuously torturing the students like hell. All just in name of "humare yahan aesa hi hota hai". They tend to take all the new articles in the firm, despite of how their interview went. They tend to spread good things about their firm via Teachers, because a CA student will definitely listen to their teacher.
