Is this totaled

Was driving on the freeway and drove over some muddy water before I had time to react. Now the car is slightly dirty. I tried taking it to a car wash but the car wash was closed. I still owe $130,000 on this (negative equity due to trading a Cybertruck). Is this even worth trying to fix or should I send it to the crusher?
