Just found this sub and at a crossroads.

So my story started in August. Had a night where I went to bed, laid down and as a was laying and waiting to fall asleep, I kept getting full body jolts every time before I would fall asleep. It prevented me from ever falling asleep and I was in agony for hours. Went to urgent care in the morning, doc suggested sleep apnea.

Now here are the symptoms I’ve experienced since then. (Some are still current symptoms, some haven’t happened in a month or two.)

) 2-3 second episodes where it feels like a seizure. Involves my esophagus, a quick gasp of air as I am startled, chest tightness, etc. almost like I’m falling for a split second or something. One episode happened while driving and it seemed to affect my vision too.

) nausea

) TMJ issues in right side of jaw (had this for years)

) chest pressure and left side chest pains

) ice pick pains in head and forehead

) inner ear pain

) random tinnitus in both ears

) limb weakness

) balance issues (swaying while standing, etc)

) occasional inability to regulate temperature?

) random sharp stabbing rectum pains

) I have a small lump that can be felt in my right temple.

) Small lump in right TMJ joint that can easily be felt.

) Eye twitching

) Facial twitching

) Back pain

) Pinching pain around left shoulder blade area

) Lymph node are behind left clavicle seems hard/enlarged and when massaged it usually hurts and makes armpit hurt.

) Ocassional pressure behind right eye.

) Pain and pinching just below base of skull. One day it will be more on the left, next day it will be on the right. Random.

) Gastroenteritis

Ideas? Eager to pursue with my doctor. Have been treated now for gastroenteritis and take Omeprazole for it. All heart issues have been ruled out with tests. Want to pursue possibility of CCI with doctor.
