Wii U usb helper ticket problem

I have followed this post and after the pinned post in this thread. I use the recommended version of Wii U usb helper. I deleted the folders that the first post told me to delete BUT i didn't find IsolatedStorage anywhere.

When i put ANY title key site url to the Wii U title section that it wants me to put in before the software can download the ticket, but non of the websites work. Not even working ones.
