Ayala center cebu parking scam

The parking in Ayala is actually a scam. They have those new cards to open a boom gate, but havent yet worked out how to count. Or maybe they have and they just want more cars to enter, be unable to park, and then be forced to exit. Its happened twice to me recently now, where theresjust 200 odd cars pointlessly crowding the basement waiting, unable to park. I guve up, go to the exit, and teach them the hard facts of life. They try to tell me its pay per entrance, but that is the scam. its just another clear case example of businesses here that sell a service they dont provide. Its simple, if there are 1000 spots, have 1000 cards. Absolute moronic idiots. Whqt actually is the point of the cards if it doesnt help with parking management at all? Is it just them trying to look modern? Faking a system?
