Picnic Seats + Head-up Display for Honda City

I have a City 5th gen ZX CVT and was looking at some tasteful upgrades. I really like the Cullinan's picnic seats, was wondering if I can get them aftermarket for my car (without drilling holes into my car that might void the warranty)? Also, do you think a head-up display is a good idea?
