reversed into by a lorry…

Hey Guys! Over a month ago now I got reversed into by a lorry and I’m stuck in a 50/50 claim with my and my passengers word against his… I would’ve thought it was on the lorry to prove why he couldn’t stop when he reversed into be but apparently this isn’t the case. Any advice on claims handling companies to go through would be great or anything else!!
