Do you guys also do surveys?
Apparently, my boss is the district manager for the service, so we have to keep all types of surveys (overall, register, ACO, BOPIS, etc.) at a minimum of 81%. The frustrating part is that we have to do it using the customer's phone—on top of everything else we already have to handle.
In my store, I’m literally the only one getting customers to do the surveys and even filling them out myself using their phones. On a slow day, I manage at least 10; on a busy night shift, I still get around 4-5. Meanwhile, when other cashiers are working, they always get at least one negative survey. And, of course, my store manager keeps nagging me to keep the surveys up since everyone else is dragging the numbers down.
I’m so done with this crap. Is this how it is for everyone else too, or is it just my store?
