Challenge to CVS Employees:

I challenge all of you, my fellow CVS colleagues, to take a stand for fairness and transparency in our workplace. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Access Colleague Zone: Log into Colleague Zone and navigate to the base pay structure for the area where you live.
  2. Print It Out: Print out the pay structure that applies to your role and location.
  3. Challenge Your Managers: Bring this document to your manager and ask them to explain why your pay does not align with the established structure.
  4. Share with Coworkers: Pass this information around to your coworkers. Encourage them to do the same and compare their pay to the official structure.
  5. Contact HR: Find out who your HR representative is. Call them and ask why your pay does not fall under the guidelines outlined in the pay structure. Demand clarity and accountability.

This is about more than just pay—it’s about fairness, respect, and ensuring that CVS lives up to its policies. Together, we can hold management accountable and fight for what we deserve.
