Does anyone actually think Notre Dame has a shot at winning?

In a lifelong notre dame fan… I was born the year after their last national championship (1988). I’ve seen this all before. I’m not buying it, I don’t see any way Notre dame wins this game. I had hopes of winning the natty if Texas could’ve pulled off a win. But as the title asks… does anyone (fan or not) actually think Ohio State is in any real danger to lose this game and it isn’t merely a formality for them to take the national championship?
