How to give a cat a tablet?

Anyone have any advice on giving tablets to cats? I have a 10 year old torty who was originally a feral. She has just been diagnosed with an overactive thyroid, causing her to loose 25% of her wait in 6 months so it’s important she has these meds. I had no trouble giving her the sedatives for her blood test however I think this time she’s more prepared this time😂 any advice is much appreciated TIA
