Anyone ever use Broadway Roulette?

I purchased 2 tickets for a show for tonight way back in early October. I recently saw that they “are taking a break til spring 2025” but it also states, “if you have an upcoming order with Broadway Roulette, rest assured that your tickets are secured and your plans will go on as scheduled.”

It’s almost 11AM and I still haven’t received my tickets for tonight’s show 😅
