Gift of Telecharge Tickets

I have an email from telecharge with two tickets with my name on them. The confirmation email says:

“Only the first scan of each QR code will be permitted to enter, so do not duplicate tickets. If duplicate tickets with the same barcode are scanned, only the person whose name and credit card match the original purchase will be admitted to the venue.”

If I forward the tickets PDF as a gift to two of my relatives, will they be able to get in? Thanks!
