Accidentally Hit a Light Pole

So, yeah, the title pretty much explains the entire situation. My 2023 Bolt is stuck in the "conditions not correct for shifting" mode. It's been in the body shop for over a month, and they have replaced everything except for the grille. However, they haven't been able to get it out of that mode since the day it was diagnosed in the shop. I've seen other posts on Reddit where people had the same situation with the "conditions not correct for shifting," which essentially bricked their car, requiring the whole transmission to be replaced. I hope that's not the same situation for me because this was all such a minor crash to begin with, but it ultimately ended up being already 6k in damages. The front bumper or grille is on backorder, and they still haven't received it yet. They told me that once they receive it, they will see if plugging in all the components gets it out of that mode, and if not, they will send it to the dealership to diagnose the issue.
