High fees

When i want to buy btc using coinbase wallet on phone for 100 dollars i only get 86.42 worth of btc. 9.50 goes on network fees, and 4.08 goes on processing fees. Where can i buy it without loosing 10+%? (I can't use regular coinbase, only coinbase wallet cuz coinbase isn't available ).
