Bambu Lab’s Customer Service is an Absolute Nightmare – 12 Days for a Simple Request

I’ve officially reached my breaking point with Bambu Lab’s customer service. I initially ordered a Bambu Mini, but after reconsidering, I decided I wanted to upgrade to the X1 Carbon before my order shipped. Sounds simple, right? Wrong.

I contacted Bambu 12 days ago to request a cancellation or modification. What followed was a complete disaster: • Endless automated replies with no real support. • No phone support or chatbot that actually works. • Repetitive, unhelpful responses that didn’t actually process my request. • Constant follow-ups from my end, while Bambu dragged their feet.

At this point, I’m so frustrated that I’ve decided to keep the filament (because I doubt they’ll even process a full cancellation properly) and order a Prusa instead.

If you’re considering Bambu Lab, beware of their awful customer support. This is easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I don’t have the patience to wait weeks for something that should take minutes.

Anyone else had a similar nightmare with Bambu?
