Filament Not Going into Extruder X1C. New Extruder and Hotend

I have a Bambu X1C that will not feed filament into the extruder. This happened after a jam where I ran out the last ends of several rolls of PETG filament. The filament makes it past the AMS buffer all the way into the PTFE tube right before the extruder. It then doesn't feed in, and the printer tries rolling it back onto the roll and then back into the extruder 3 times before giving up and displaying an extruder clogged error message. I disassembled the extruder and there was no jam. Completely at a loss, I also replaced the hotend and the extruder itself. I also checked for any damage in the PTFE tube. So the parts in it now have 0 hours. I have the video. From what I have read, this could be an issue with a filament sensor? I left the old sensor from the old hotend on, because of the difficulty in removing the silicon glue. I will also reach out to Bambu support, but I'm thinking someone here may have encountered this before and has a quick fix. This printer has about 600 hours on it.

In this short video, you can see what's happening. Note this also happens with the cover on. I just took it off for a better visual.
