Silver Chaos II - Artificial Mermaid - *Help*

Hii, I just started downloading retro BLVNs for PC (English patched, because I can't read Japanese that well) and almost every game of this saga seems to be available online *except* for Silver Chaos II. I've been looking everywhere for it, but the 2009 pages seem to be mostly down or there isn't any link to a file in view. The store for the official game seems unresponsive too T0T) anyone with the same passion has directions for it? It truly feels like lost media at this point.
