Thumb twitching

Hello everyone.

Hope this post finds you well. Recently over the last 2 weeks iv had this “hotspot” between my thumb and pointer finger. However this feels different from other times. The twitch seems to almost get triggered if I use my hand, like if I make a fist or squeeze something than the twitch really becomes active to the point it causes my thumb to move after a few minutes it calms done. Has anyone here ever experienced this before? Thank you for your time.
