Help Me Decide: Atlanta, Augusta, Athens, or Myrtle Beach?

I’m trying to figure out which city would be the best fit for me to live in. I’m in my mid-30s, and work in tech. Here are the key things I’m looking for in a city: tech career options, social/dating , cost of living rent to salary ratio, and fitness.

I currently live in Augusta, but it's mainly retirees, suburban, with not much to do. Atlanta, I'm worried about the traffic and crime, but has the best job market. Myrtle beach sounds fun, but may be more focused towards retirees, so I'm unsure how the job market is. While some of the condos seem cheap a lot have high hoa fees. Athens, I've lived in before for a year, but the rent was really high 1500. I also don't know how the social environment would be there for someone in their 30s, or if it would be hard to meet people. But it still seems more fun than Augusta.

What are your thoughts on these cities? Which would you recommend based on my priorities?
