What is a good rebuttal to this anti-AP argument?

Argument: "Lol u know it astral projection is not really "the spirit world" you can't gain real knowledge from astral projecting. You can ask people in the astral realm stuff and you will get wrong info it is actually just in your mind LOL I would call it realistic dreaming while being fully aware right from the start. I am an astral projector but I know this as I dont need to use it to boost my ego I know it is bs and I don't even astral project anymore. However I believe in contacting spirits but astral projecting is not the mean to contact anyone because it is all in your own mind. Just like dreams or lucid dreaming ... all in your mind and you are not meeting angels or aliens or anyone in the "astral realm" you are just meeting characters in your mind, but people don't wanna believe this 'cause it boosts their egos." "Guides in the "astral realm" are just your subconscious. Don't listen to them and don't give any importance to them. The astral realm is just your own mind don't take it seriously. Fair enough try asking them for the winning lottery number next time GL"

What do these Neurofundamentalists think "ego death" is about? Why do they think ego death is only possible under Neurofundamentalism?

And also, why are Neurofundamentalists still allowed to use "ask them for the winning lottery number next time?" Yet we can't point out this is the same argument as of "ask God the exam/test answers next time" from Grade School?
