Best "local" non-touristy spots for food/drink/vibes in wicker park?

My partner and I just moved to wicker park. Its a little overwhelming with how much retail/food/drinks spots there are here, and im a big fan of finding the "local" spots, or spots that have been around a while for a reason. If you know any places, let me know! I don't want to spend my limited money on spots that wont be here next year or the year following, yaknow?
