Fluval FX2 has very low flow? When all connected, there's so little flow from the output that it doesn't even sway tall stem plants. More details and troubleshooting in description.

Any ideas as to why such low flow all of a sudden in my FX2? It behaves similar to if the sponges were clogged. I cleaned them out and ensured there's no blockages. Reconnected the filter, still almost no flow (when I put my hand right in front of the output, I cannot feel it at all - Water surface is barely disturbed too). I tore it apart again to see if I missed anything, filter media is all clean. I plugged the filter in with the top removed (video) and it appears to have good flow, leading me to think possibly an issue with the output hosing or nozzles? Or is that actually lower flow? Not sure if we are looking at restriction or mechsnical issue since both seem fine. Removed the intake pipe and nozzle, still no flow. Everything is clean, no damage noted to the filter at all. Anyone have any ideas, or similar issues where an FX filter acts like media is clogged up when it's not? Only about a month old. I do have a ticket in with Fluval but they take their sweet time to reply in my experience. Looking to see if anyone has had similar issues who can chime in ij the meantime. Saw a few threads with this exact complaint and exact time frame.... but none had a fix called out.
