21 RSV4 1100 factory used vs 23 RSV4 1100

So I am looking into getting a rsv4 I was wondering should I go for a new 2023 rsv4 1100 or should I go with a used 21 rsv4 factory 1100 already have a sc project exhaust with Gabros up map but have 13k miles
