Hair loss

I started losing hair really bad about 5 months into restriction. I lost my period last may and got it back this past December. I’m 7 months into recovery and still dealing with insane hair loss. I’ve lost 70% of my hair and it’s driving me crazy because I used to have such beautiful and thick long hair. Anyone have advice/tips ?
