Which Villager should i use for City ( Tokyo) and Osaka core?

I dont know which villager i should use. I have an idea that i want 1 side to be like tokyo with 6 villager and the other half more like osaka with 4 villager, which villager should i hunt for? I need good ones the houses should look like its from here yk.
