Is it possible that I have gotten scammed?

I just started using AliExpress but when it comes to tracking on AliExpress, I think it’s pretty accurate from my past 2 orders. I ordered a package back in December and the tracking has been on “the seller has shipped your package” for the past 2 months with no shipping updates at all. When I messaged the seller about it, the only response I got was from an ai and when I asked for a human agent to answer my inquiry, it said it will direct the message but no one ever answered me. Do you think it’s possible that it’s a scam?
