ECS tracking numbers - which carrier is that?

Hi, usually in Albania I have seen UB....HU tracking numbers, from Hungary Post, but on my last order I mostly got ECSC00AAAL000xxxxx type of numbers. When I track this in ali express it says "Your package has been received by the local delivery company", but which company is that supposed to be, since my local post office does not track or register that number?
