How do I leave my job?

I start my new job Feb 10 and decided not to give my job a two week notice. There are many reasons why I won’t give them a two week novice for example, if I did I think they would just tell me to leave because they already know I’m looking for another job because the office administrator eavesdropped in on my private conversation during my lunch hour, the boss sexually harasses me, they are all very unfriendly here and lack communication, etc. so i just need advise on how to leave. Should I leave a note my final day working (next Wednesday). What should I do? I want as less confrontation as possible
