Guidance needed

I'm 24, i don't have a stable job, still live with parents yet it feels like they want me to move out soon, i don't have a car , i dropped out of my last year of college to fix my mental state...Time is moving by so fast, yet i feel stuck, There's no process i'm not sure what to do...i'm trying to find a job but i don't have any qualifications
