how do i get my first “big girl job”?

20f, married, no kids, no college degrees, working at chipotle. i’ve only worked food services jobs since i was 17, and i have no interest in staying in that field of work. i’m interested in working in sales (car dealer) or an office job. my sister is a bank teller, and has worked her way up to being an assistant manager/equivalent. i want to find a job that may not necessarily be my career, but is more “grown up” than working in food service. because i have no experience in anything besides food, my resume isn’t the best. do i just apply to these jobs and pray? how would i go about increasing my chances of actually finding a nicer job? i also live in el paso texas, and i’m not bilingual, so i don’t think that’s helping either 🥲 any advice or tips are greatly appreciated.
