Who are the characters in the subreddit banner and where are they from?

I really only recognize Jaye from Chasing Sunsets (3rd from the right) and to her left, maybe Sage from BaDIK?

Which makes me think about my approach to finding AVNs so far, how I haven't gone through what is considered the best AVNs so far most likely.

As a secondary question then, what are the absolute best AVNs in your opinion? No restriction on topic, categories, playtime, tags, completion or anything like that, just what is the best AVNs?
