The flaw in this logic

I've seen a lot of antis in the Made in Abyss fandom and that has a lot of lolisho fanservice, and whenever they are confronted about it they always just say they can enjoy the show without condoning the fanservice...

But even if they don't like it, if they really think lolisho is equal to actual CSEM then wouldn't that mean they're watching CSEM, and therefore are a criminal?

I swear I lose at least a billion braincells whenever I try to understand their logic
