Is Amd Fsr 2.0 supposed to look like this?

GPU: Rx 7600 Game: High on Life Driver Version: 24.13.1

it’s hard to see the comparison but no upscalling just has so much more richer and colorful than fsr mind you i’m on max setting on 1080p.

It might not look much on the picture but in game it just looks blurry it’s hard to explain, Yes i get a huge fps jump but at the cost of it looking like a potato?
