AITAH for sending my food back?

I(23F) went out with my friends to eat at this Hawaiian restaurant. We got their house fries to try which was a mix of wasabi, sriracha, and unagi sauce with furikake. When we got the fries they did not look that bad but the taste was absolutely horrible. I told the waitress(I want to say 35-40F) that they didn’t taste good so she asked me “what didn’t you like about it?” I told her just the taste of it when she asked me if I had ever had them before. I told her “no we just wanted to try it” and she told me “well that is how it’s supposed to taste it’s not our fault you ordered something you don’t like.” And refused to take it back or replace them. We all felt so awkward in the restaurant cause she was talking pretty loud and with a lot of attitude in this semi crowded restaurant. My friends were not really helping too even though they didn’t like it either they were saying like “it’s ok… it’s fine” so I just gave up. But tell me aitah for wanting to send something back to the kitchen that I didn’t like?

Before yall ask I do like all the ingredients individually it just didn’t taste good together and even their fries were soggy.
