Depression skincare routine: water alternatives

I’m feeling a depressive slump coming on, but I want to continue the good progress I’ve made with my skin! I have the gross kind of depression where I stop taking care of myself; I stop washing my face, I stop brushing my teeth, then I stop showering (I haven’t gotten to the Bad Dental Habit stage in a while, thankfully).

I’ve found that in a slump, I convince myself that the sink is too far/the bathroom is too cold/I’m too tired/etc and go straight to bed (or stay in bed) instead of washing my face. Does anyone have any advice on making this step easier to do from bed? I currently wash my face and brush my teeth at the bathroom sink, and then continue my routine (toner, essence, scrip serum, flossing, moisturizer, lip mask) from my bed as I keep all those things on my nightstand.

If I stop wearing makeup, will makeup wipes be enough? How weird/crazy would it be if I keep a bowl of water and a washcloth on my nightstand and basically sponge-bath my face? I take my showers in the morning so morning face wash is covered.
