Long Lasting Headache after 24mg 2cb

Hey guys,

New here, and new to this chemical. I have quite a bit of experience with mushrooms and cannabis, and some experience with lsd and mdma. My GF has been interested in 2cb for a while and the opportunity came to get some from a friend that tests their shit, so we took it. I confess, we took the full dose that she gave us and recommended (24mg each, dissolved in alcohol, taken orally). I did not weigh it in advance and probably would have started with half that for my first time, had I been more thoughtful. Now to the point!

GF and I had a pretty fantastic experience, with the exception of me feeling very hot in my head about halfway through the experience. This is not something I have experienced with any of the other psychedelics I have taken. Thermoregulation is not a common issue for me, and it definitely freaked me out a little. I rested and cooled off with a wet towel until I felt better, then we continued to share a wonderful evening. She felt good the entire time.

2 days later, we both still have headaches. Feels almost like a mild concussion. We've been drinking plenty of water, including some electrolytes. Is this common? Any thoughts or advice? Any supplements we should be taking for neurological support?
