How do you seriously buy an Infinity?

I'm tired of all of the problems I (and so many others) keep running into when trying to buy an Infinity. Are people actually having luck with paying people who are coders, etc. to jump in front of the line at the drop time and snipe a gun? Whats the secret? I'm tired of being disappointed and want to actually want to buy one.
